Reports for Family Law Solicitors and Barristers
When carrying out your mortgage raising capacity requirements it will be necessary to write a letter to the judge which will be held in your court file; a letter which will confirm your mortgage raising limits, how much that figure will cost you each month, and how long you can borrow the amount over based on your age.
We charge for this service however once paid we offer a free re-drafting service meaning you won’t pay any further fees if we need to make any amendments. Sometimes we have needed to carry this work out ‘in court’ and are happy to offer it where we can.
